To achieve the Company’s objectives, Urban Healing HTX is seeking $540,000 in total funding through bank or Small Business Administration (SBA)-backed lending and grant funding. The bank or SBA-backed loan will be paid back from the cash flow of the business within ten years, collateralized by the assets of the Company, and backed by the personal integrity, experience, and a contractual guarantee from the owner. The owner is investing $67,500 to fund the launch of the Company.

After completing its remodel and expanding the capacity of the building, the Company will utilize the residential space on the top floor while the ground level serves as a venue for a wide range of events, including community programming, conferences, celebrations, fundraisers, and more.

Urban Healing HTX will reserve specific days of the week for nonprofits, continuing the legacy of social impact and community building. With an explicit commitment to its local community, Urban Engaged will utilize the strengths and efficiencies of a business model to achieve measurable social impact.
